אוהבת יין מקצועית

נעים מאוד, אני שיר שמולביץ.

אהבת היין שלי נולדה מתוך סקרנות - והפכה לאורך השנים לדרך חיים.

אני כותבת על יין, מבקרת ביקבים בארץ ובעולם, עורכת טעימות, מארחת ערבי יינן, ומנהלת את קהילת הפייסבוק "שיר היין" שמחברת בין אלפי חובבי יין, מקצוענים ויצרנים.

לצד הכתיבה, אני עוסקת גם בקידום דיגיטלי של יקבים ובליווי שיווקי בעולם היין.

העמקה בעולם היין תמיד הייתה עבורי גם אישית וגם מקצועית – למדתי קורסים כמו WSET Level 2, יצרתי יינות בעצמי (כולל "שיר-רז", ו"פטיש" - שיצרתי ביקבים שונים בארץ), ואני חוקרת את הקשר שבין יין, חוויה, ואינטימיות אנושית.

האתר הזה הוא הבית שלי בעולם היין - מקום שבו אני חולקת ידע, טעמים, מסעות, וחיבורים, וגם שומעת עליהם מכם.
